Melody Kiser

As a teenager cutting her teeth in the dark, seedy clubs of the Atlanta music scene, Melody Kiser realized two undoubtable truths: everyone has a story, and Melody was destined to tell these stories through music. During these formative years, Melody’s guitar and vocal talents afforded her opportunities to perform with members of Journey, Steppenwolf, Boston, Toto, Santana, .38 Special, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and she was a featured artist on the 2018 and 2019 Melissa Etheridge Cruises. Now, with a few additional years of experience under her belt, a degree from Berklee College of Music, and a tenacious spirit, Melody has become an unstoppable force in the music industry. Given her immense passion for creating music that makes people feel something and expresses attitude, it became obvious that Melody needed a group of incredible musicians to support her powerhouse vocal qualities and electric guitar skills, and Melody has done just that with her band, HeyDreamer.

In February of 2020, Melody’s band, HeyDreamer, released their debut album, If You’re Out There. While global pandemic devastated any tour plans for the group, Melody decided to use her whirlwind of emotions creatively, pushing her limits of songwriting. Within a few months, she had written a full-length album. In the summer of 2021, HeyDreamer launched and completed a successful fan-funded Kickstarter campaign to support the costs associated with launching the album. HeyDreamer’s latest album, Dances in Wonderland, was produced by Will Turpin of Collective Soul. HeyDreamer are actively touring, performing, and recording in 2024.
